[Cosmic_announce] New CDAAC batch data delivery system available

Greetings:

On our newly installed web/ftp machine (cdaac-www.cosmic.ucar.edu), a 
simple data batch delivery system is now available under the CDAAC 
high-level web interface:

The system allows registered users to submit data download requests and 
get notification when the archive files (in .tar or .zip format) are 
ready, via the email address they used to register the account.

We are currently giving each user a 5 GB quota per day.  The processed 
data archive files will be kept on our server for 48 hours.

and select "Batch delivery data download."
