[Cosmic_announce] CDAAC maintenance this weekend (4/28/2012)

Hello:  There will be computer room maintenance done this weekend 
(4/28/2012) which will result in a short CDAAC outage.

CDAAC is planned to be down for up to one hour starting at 12:00 UTC on 
Saturday 4/28/2012.

More work in the computer room is planned during Saturday, so there is a 
chance the outage will last longer.
