[Cosmic_announce] Constellation Status Web Page

Dear Colleague:

The CDAAC team has made available a Constellation Status Web page where 
you can find the latest FORMOSAT-3/COSMIC status information.

The status page shows the following for each of the six COSMIC Flight 
Models (FM):
- A statistical comparison of refractivity between COSMIC (cosmicrt) and 
ECMWF high resolution (echprf) data - Last 24 hrs of available data.
- A histogram of data latency (defined as duration from occultation time 
to BUFR file creation time), along with the number of occultations - 
Last 24 hrs of available data.
- Latest available FM status information.  (Please note: The "Submit New 
Entry" button is for CDAAC team members to enter new status information; 
and it is password protected.)
