[Cosmic_announce] COSMIC satellite FM6 processing suspended for firmware upload

Greetings:  In preparation for a firmware upload to the GOX instrument on 
FM6, CDAAC has suspended processing for this satellite.

>From this upgrade we expect improved L2 tracking performance leading to 
an increase in the number of occultations.

When the new firmware is checked out, we'll resume FM6 processing.
