[Cosmic_announce] FM6 processing suspended for day 2007.200 to test new firmware

Greetings:  High level processing for FM6 has been suspended for day 
2007.200 to test new L2C signal processing functionality enabled by the 
recent firmware upload.

BUFR files and other high level products will not be available for the 
rest of day 2007.200.  Processing should be restored on day 2007.201.
