[Cosmic_announce] NCEP GFS replaces AVN as gridded data source for real time COSMIC/CHAMP processing

Greetings:

Yesterday the AVN data were phased out by NCEP in favor of the GFS model.

These data are now being used by COSMIC and CHAMP for moisture computation 
and comparisons for real time processing (cosmicrt and champrt).

The file names avnPrf, avnGrb and avn12h now contain GFS data.  These data 
are functionally equivalent.
