[Cosmic_announce] Fix in 'wetPrf' (1D var) code

Hi all:

A fix was put in today which fixes a negative bias of approximately 1% in 
the wetPrf pressure and temperature.

This fix also affects the bfrPrf files.

Files with this fix have new version stamps:

   0001.0002 (wetPrf) and
   0001.0005 (bfrPrf)
