<DIV>Just a thought - CESE was formed specifically to get Earth (now System)
Science into the National Standards and nominated itself as the body to review
and suggest revisions to the Earth Science standards in the NSES (which we
did). This new task is something kin to that earlier one, and the earlier
one really put CESE on the map.
