design and use of optical sensing systems (especially interferometric and imaging) used in observing the ionosphere/thermosphere and scientific software development with modern programming languages (especially Python and C) is desired.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
