This workshop will be held from 20 to 24 May 2019 at the International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Trieste, Italy.</p><p class="">This workshop is being organized by ICTP and supported by the Office for Outer Space Affairs. The International Committee on Global Navigation Satellite Systems (ICG), Boston College and the Scientific Committee on Solar Terrestrial Physics (SCOSTEP) are co-organizers and co-sponsors of the Workshop.
