This meeting will be held on May 18-22, 2015 in Gran Canaria, Canary Islands.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;background-image:initial;background-repeat:initial"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif"><br></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;background-image:initial;background-repeat:initial"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif">This meeting is a newly established triennial URSI Atlantic Radio Science Conference (URSI AT-RASC). It will have an open scientific program composed of submitted papers within the domains covered by all ten commissions of URSI. </span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif">There are also many special sessions of interest the the SPA community.
