(1) CEDAR Student MREFC presentations and the CEDAR Student Workshop.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
From Barbara Emery (emery at ucar.edu) and leda.sox at gmail.com.

Dear CEDAR Scientists,

As the one of the CSSC Student Representatives, I'd like to invite you to the 2014 CEDAR Student Workshop, with the theme of instrumentation, that is being held tomorrow, starting at 9 AM in Kane Hall Room 110 (http://www.washington.edu/maps/). The CEDAR student group welcomes non-students to the workshop every year. This year, it would be especially helpful to have some senior scientists (with NSF grant experience) to be present at the Student Workshop to give feedback on a few presentations that students will be making on their mock Major Research Equipment and Facilities Construction (MREFC) proposals. So if you're getting to Seattle early, please feel free to attend the Student Workshop.

Thank you,

Leda Sox, CEDAR Student CSSC representative

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
