From Barbara Emery (emery at ucar.edu).

The .pdf files of plenary talks at the CEDAR Workshop have been linked to the annual agendas since
2007. Individual workshop pages also started in 2007, and .pdf files of these talks have been
encouraged for archive purposes. Starting this year, the judges want .pdfs of the student posters
in competition to be linked to the IT and MLT poster lists by Friday June 20 - TODAY. This is not
a requirement this year, but it is strongly encouraged. Other poster presenters are also
encouraged to link .pdfs of their posters either before or after the workshop for archive
purposes. The 2014 Workshop page at http://cedarweb.hao.ucar.edu/wiki/index.php/2014_Workshop:Main
has links to the IT and MLT poster lists under "Poster Sessions".

Students should have a wiki login from this or previous CEDAR Workshops that is listed under
the left hand menu under tools/special pages/user list. Newer wiki names are Last.F (or .FM
or .First), while older wiki names are F_Last, F.Last, FLast, or email. Forgotten passwords
can be renewed once per day. The easiest way to upload a .pdf file is to name it first
as Media:2014CEDAR_CCCC-##_Last.pdf as in the example for CCCC-##=POLA-04 in the IT list,
and then click on it to upload the .pdf. This is also explained in the Meriwether example
at the end of the left-hand menu wiki links/help/how to upload a file and link to it.
Contact pwest at rpi.edu or emery at ucar.edu if have difficulties.

Advisers, please let your students know about this since many students are not yet on the CEDAR email list.
