The CEDAR student poster competition has requested that all students
upload a copy of their posters as .pdf files by Friday June 19 so the
judges can look at the posters on-line initially. This means get your
poster up on Thursday June 18. Uploads are a simple click on the
MLT poster list at
or the IT poster list at
on your poster number. The name of your uploaded poster is already
pre-determined, and need not be the same as your own file name.

Students in competition should have received an email with their wiki login
names if they were in group Workshop2015. Wiki logins are listed at
and can be subset by group. The groups Workshop2007 or 2008
have wiki names like their email names, while Workshop2009-2011
have wiki names like F.LAST or F_LAST for first (F) and last (or family)
names. Groups Workshop2012-15 wiki names are LAST.F. If your
email has changed since you received your wiki login, then please
contact westp at rpi.edu to get your email corrected, especially if you
need a new password mailed to you. Those with no wiki names who
want one should contact emery at ucar.edu or westp at rpi.edu.

Others giving posters are also encouraged to upload their posters for
archive purposes. Those who wish to have their posters deleted later
for any reason can do so. Please note that we also encourage .pdfs
of workshop talks that are linked to their particular individual workshop
pages which are listed and linked at
or via the agenda at
The .pdfs of all plenary talks are required to be linked on the agenda
either before, during, or after the CEDAR Workshop in Seattle,
Sunday through Thursday, June 21-25.

Thank you,

Barbara Emery, CEDAR coordinator, emery at ucar.edu
