CEDAR email: CEDAR workshop "HAARP Applications to CEDAR Science"

Please join us for a workshop to discuss the application of the HAARP 
ionospheric heater to CEDAR science topics. The workshop will be held 
from 13:30 to 15:30 on Wednesday June 24 in room 220 of the Kane building.

Ownership of the HAARP facility is being transferred from the US Air 
Force to the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF), which means that this 
significant resource for active ionospheric modification experiments 
will now be under the direction of the university space physics research 
community, and its capabilities can be used to address the fundamental 
physical processes of interest to CEDAR scientists.
