CEDAR email: Solicit for Participation in the H2 session of AP-RASC'13

Dear colleagues:

2013 Asia-Pacific Radio Science Conference (AP-RASC) will be held in  
Taipei,
Taiwan on September 3-7, 2013.  The conveners of the H2 session
would like to solicit your participation. Plasma waves from in situ  
observations
is the main theme of this session. Papers from other aspects are also  
welcome.

The deadline of abstract submission is February 28, 2013.
