CALL FOR PAPERS: 2013 URSI National Radio Science Meeting
January 9-12, 2013, Boulder, Colorado.

The DEADLINE for online submission of abstracts is SEPTEMBER 21, 2012.

Joint Session (GH): "Ionospheric Modification"
Organizers:
	Paul Bernhardt (G) (paul.bernhardt at nrl.navy.mil)
Robert Moore (H) (moore at ece.ufl.edu)

This session will cover all aspects of high-power radio-frequency
interactions with the ionospheric plasma. Papers are solicited on
experimental and theoretical results in studies of energetic coupling of
high power radio waves to the overlying ionosphere. Contributions on
artificial aurora, plasma turbulence, Alfven waves, ion outflows,
ULF/ELF/VLF wave generation, and electron precipitation are welcome, as
are those on other related nonlinear interactions between
electromagnetic waves and the ionosphere. Reports on experimental
campaigns are strongly encouraged.

The DEADLINE for online submission of abstracts is Friday, September 21,
2012. The meeting web page, http://nrsmboulder.org, contains general
information, abstract submission instructions and guidelines. All
