The Space Physics and Atmospheric Research Center (SPARC) is seeking qualified individuals for a post-doctoral research position in the Department of Physics the Air Force Academy.

This is a two-step application process, with in white papers due 23 June 2012.  Successful white papers will be asked to submit a formal proposal in July 2012.   Emphasis will be given to applications that support one semester long capstone courses taken by undergraduate physics majors at the Air Force Academy.   The SPARC is a small but vibrant research group working with cadets building payloads for small satellites as well as making ground based space physics related observations.
